Magical Moments

This week has been all about keeping warm, snuggling up and getting lost in stories together. With the wind howling outside, our little reading den has become the perfect sanctuary; a magical space filled with soft cushions, twinkling lights, and plenty of imagination.

The children have been making themselves at home, there is something so special about watching them share stories side by side, chatting quietly with their friends and pointing out their favourite characters and pictures.

Adding to the magic, they’ve been dressing up as mermaids — flowing tails, shimmering fabrics, and all! It’s been lovely to see how their costumes spark even more creativity as they dive into underwater tales, fairy stories and adventure books.

 These moments show just how powerful reading can be: a chance to connect, dream, and feel safe, even when the weather outside is wild. We can’t wait to see what stories they explore next in our little reading haven.
