Handa’s Surprise

In Nursery, we have been reading Handa's Surprise during Talk for Writing. We have been learning about all the different fruits Handa puts inside her basket and the amazing animals in Africa. Nursery have enjoyed re-enacting Handa's amazing journey to see her friend Akeyo. We really enjoy the part of the story when all the tangerines fall into Handa's basket and she is very surprised!
